Whether you're looking at a straightforward solution or have something more ambitious in mind we can advise on and prepare pre-application enquires and planning applications. We can also support and advise on Permitted Development, Certificates of Lawfulness and Prior Approval.
Detail Design Development
Whether you're looking at an interior overhaul or need to work out tricky external details, we will produce a comprehensive set of drawings to enable ease of construction fully compliant with current Building Regulations. We work collaboratively with engineers and craftspeople to produce unique designs, from bespoke joinery to landscaping our approach is fully integrated.

Contract Administration and Client Representative
Whether you have a builder in mind or wish to tender your project, we can act as Contract Administrator to help you manage the build and carry out weekly or fortnightly inspections to see that the work is being carried out according to the design package and to a high standard.
Project Handover
and Completion
We undertake thorough snagging inspections before completion and before the end of the subsequent defects liability period to ensure all building work is carried out to a high standard. We can provide Architect's Certificates for sales and conveyancing.
